What makes your spa treatments natural?
We use 100% organic and natural ingredients sourced locally from Sambalpur region. Our treatments avoid synthetic chemicals, using traditional Ayurvedic and herbal formulations instead.
What are your operating hours?
We're open daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including weekends. Last appointment is at 7:00 PM.
Do I need to book appointments in advance?
While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and popular treatments like our signature Sambalpuri Herbal Massage.
What should I wear for treatments?
Wear comfortable clothing. For body treatments, we provide disposable undergarments and robes. Our therapists always ensure proper draping for your comfort.
Do you offer packages for couples?
Yes! We have special couple packages including side-by-side massages in our private couple suite, perfect for anniversaries or romantic getaways.
Are your therapists certified?
All our therapists are professionally certified with extensive training in Ayurveda, Swedish, and traditional Sambalpuri massage techniques.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 12 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
Do you use local ingredients?
Absolutely! We source herbs, oils, and clays from local Sambalpur farmers and traditional healers, supporting the community while offering authentic treatments.
Is there an age limit for treatments?
Most treatments are for guests 16+. We offer special gentle treatments for teens (12-15) with parental consent and presence.
Do you have gift certificates?
Yes! Our gift certificates make perfect presents. They're available for specific treatments or monetary amounts and never expire.
